A fine win to Rolly Delaytz at Heffron Park on Tuesday 2 February.
Three BiciSport members assisted with the Cadel Evans Road Race and the Herald Sun Tour in Victoria. John Elderfield, Mike O'Reilly and Alex Simmons drove vehicles in the official race convoy and had the pleasure of watching up close and personal some of the world's best including Chris Froome race though southern Victoria. Pictures were taken at Yarra Glen and Inverloch.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery to David Adcock, Kym Masterston and Kristy Flanagan who have suffered injuries in recent weeks. Our special thoughts are with David and his family. David suffered serious injuries and will have a long term recovery program.
BiciSport extends its condolences to the family and friends of Alban McGuinness who recently passed away. Alban was a long time member of Northern Sydney CC and in more recents years was an active member of Waratah Masters CC. Alban was active behind the scenes promoting and supporting masters cycling and instrumental in original website development for Cycling NSW.
BiciSport will be taking a full team complement to the National Masters track Championships commencing March 30 2016 at the Darebin International Sport Centre Velodrome.
Team management to assist during the championships will be John Crouchley, Alex Simmons and Mike O'Reilly.

BiciSport master Matt Glanville has been nominated by Cycling NSW to the NSW Sport and Recreation Master's Athlete of the Year Awards.
The award will be announced on 18 February 2016. BiciSport wishes Matt every success with his nomination.
In an era of strict financial constraints the original decision to go with Perth bordered on the reckless. Sanity has finally prevailed and the 2016 National Masters Track Championships are now going to Melbourne with a suggested date of 30 March to 2 April. BiciSport will be taking a full squad.
The ToB is one of the most popular stage races on the calendar. A short ITT on the Friday near Bright, a medium road stage on the Saturday (if you call finishing on the top of Tawonga Gap as `medium`), and Sunday goes to the top of Mt Hotham. In Elite B grade - Conor Tarlington finished 55th @ 37min 36secs. In Masters A grade - Oliver Dharma Ratne finished 35th @ 15-06. In Masters 6+ - Mike Lawson finished 36th @ 43min
NSW Elite Team Sprint Champs - 5 December 2015
NSW Elite Team Sprint Champs on 5 December - David Willmott, Matt Glanville & Nathan McLaughlin teamed up to take the Silver medal at the NSW Elite Team Sprint at DGV. They were beaten by the ACT team with Bankstown Sports in 3rd place.
The annual BiciSport Christmas ride departs Piemonte Cafe carpark at 7.30am on Sunday 20 December and does the Akuna Bay loop. Then returning to Piemonte Cafe from 9.15am for a Christmas coffee. All welcome
NSW Elite Kilo Champs on 27 November 2015
Matt Glanville took 7th in the NSW Elite Kilo in a time of 1min 08.6secs
NSW Elite Omnium Champs on 14-15 November
Geoff Baxter took the Silver in the NSW Elite Omnium Championships held over two days at DGV. The first three placegetters in the Elite Champs were actually Masters.
The NSW Cyclist of the Year Awards were held in conjunction with the Clarence Street Cup night at DGV. Matt Glanville was awarded the NSW Masters Cyclist of the Year (across all age categories, track & road). Its been a stellar year for Matt. Sue Tierney took the Masters Women W6 category award after posting victories (or the rare placing) in all Championships contested. David Willmott has amassed a total of 15 World Championships over the years and this year picked up another two. David was awarded the Masters Men M7 trophy.
Clarence Street Cup on 7 November - Matt Glanville took a win in the opening Scratch Race of the CSC carnival, then teamed up with Brad McGee in the Teams Pursuit. Geoff Baxter & David Browne made the CSC Wheelrace final and rode well.
MS Gong Crits on 1 November - Stewart Campbell took a Division 3 win the MS Gong Crits
World Duathlon Champs on 14-18 October
Held in Adelaide and a win for Dean Degan in his age category (40-44 years). Dean rode for BiciSport at the Nowra State TTT Champs in July 14. Jason Keane finished 16th.
To say it was an amazing BiciSport week at Manchester would be a mild understatement with 3 Gold and 4 Silver medals plus a victory byMatt Glanville in the Cossavella Cup which concludes the Championships. The BiciSport team to Manchester Worlds included David Willmott, Andrew Patten (Qld), Matt Glanville, Geoff Baxter & Jays Austin with the coach John Crouchley.
