Magniflex as the main sponsor made Italian mattresses, Famcucline was kitchens, Zonca was domestic lighting, and the bikes were either Olmo or Alan (again both Italian).
A classic jersey from a classic period but they really didn’t win much except for Pierino Gavazzi. Gavazzi was an exceptional sprinter and took 64 victories and winning Milan San Remo in 1980 was no surprise. Wave a flag in front of him and victory beckoned.
